  ⦿ High quality non-aging, cold rolled grain oriented high permeability silicon steel with thickness as low as 0.23 mm are used to Keep Losses as per BIS .
  ⦿ Precision cut to close tolerance using modern equipment to eliminate burrs resulting minimum loss.
  ⦿ Mitre cut, stepped core construction for optimum efficiency.
  ⦿ Winding of class A insulated according to customers requirements.
  ⦿ For insulation Nomex paper which is under 220 degree C limit.
  ⦿ Fibre glass materials are used for cylinders, spacers, ducts and dog bone.
  ⦿ Mechanically robust to absorb unforcing forces during short circuit condition.
  ⦿ Enclosure is made from sheet steel with lifting arrangement on sides.
